INTRODUCTION

The refund policy outlined below applies to all courses and training programs offered by Humble Bee Institute of Marine Studies. We understand the importance of clarity and transparency regarding refunds, and this policy is designed to provide a fair and consistent approach in case of a no-refund situation.

NO REFUND POLICY

• Once a trainee enrolls and pays the course fees for any program at Humble Bee Institute of Marine Studies, the payment becomes non-refundable except under exceptional circumstances as stated in this policy.

• No refunds will be provided in the following situations:

  • Trainee Withdrawal: If a trainee voluntarily withdraws from a course or training program at any stage after enrollment, they will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Expulsion: If a trainee is expelled from the institute due to disciplinary reasons, they will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Non-Attendance: If a trainee does not attend or participate in the training sessions, they will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Failure to Meet Requirements: If a trainee fails to meet the minimum requirements for completion of the course, they will not be eligible for a refund.

• Course Cancellation:

  In the unlikely event that Humble Bee Institute of Marine Studies cancels a course or training program before its scheduled start date, a full refund of the course fees will be provided to the enrolled trainees.

• Exceptional Circumstances:

  In rare cases of extraordinary circumstances beyond the control of both the institute and the trainee (e.g., natural disasters, medical emergencies with proper documentation), the institute may, at its discretion, consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Such refund decisions will be subject to thorough evaluation and approval by the institute's management.

APPEALS

• Trainees who believe that they have exceptional circumstances warranting a refund may submit a formal appeal in writing to the institute's management.
• The appeal should include a detailed explanation and supporting documentation for the request.
• The decision on such appeals will be final and binding.

POLICY CHANGES

• Humble Bee Institute of Marine Studies reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy as necessary.
• Any changes to the policy will be communicated to all enrolled trainees via email or through the institute's official website.
• Trainees will be bound by the policy in effect at the time of their enrollment.
